Position: Civil Field Coordinator for Construction
Oversee civil construction projects in the Regina Area as a Civil Field Coordinator. Ensure budget, quality, and schedule are met while leading on-site teams.

As a critical part of Seymour Pacific Developments, you will supervise civil contract works on multi-family residential sites. Strong communication and a deep understanding of civil construction methods will be crucial for this role. You'll be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and providing frequent updates on project progress while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field contract work for compliance with standards

• Attend necessary project meetings for effective coordination

• Provide updates on site progress and resolve issues

• Initiate documentation for risks and inspections

• Ensure accurate measurement and alignment of infrastructure

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in civil construction role

• Supervisory experience with civil crews preferred

• Familiarity with unit rate and lump sum contracts

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License necessary

• Must be willing to travel to various sites
