We are seeking a professional and organized Construction Service Coordinator to support our main office. This role is focused on coordinating homeowner service and warranty work, working closely with trades, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate homeowner service and warranty requests from intake to completion
Schedule and communicate with trades and suppliers to ensure timely resolution
Track all service items, updates, and completion status
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer correspondence
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and files
Assist homeowners with basic home systems and maintenance inquiries
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfortable working with technology and systems (Buildertrend or similar preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience & Knowledge
Experience in residential construction, home building, or warranty coordination required
Strong understanding of basic home systems (plumbing, HVAC, finishes, etc.)
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
