Project Site Operations Superintendent

Become a vital part of a construction team as a Project Superintendent. Manage site operations, enforce safety protocols, and ensure efficient project execution while leading high-performing crews.

This full-time position reports to the General Superintendent and is ideal for candidates with varying levels of experience. From new Superintendents to seasoned professionals, all are encouraged to contribute to project success.

Your role will involve daily oversight of site operations and collaboration with Project Managers and safety personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations for diverse projects

• Lead teams based on project experience and complexity

• Collaborate with safety personnel to uphold standards

• Coordinate scheduling and site setup procedures

• Handle documentation and maintain QA/QC practices

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a construction leadership position

• Experience with site management and subcontractors

• Comprehensive understanding of construction methods

• Strong organizational and communicative skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
