Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Family Practice
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate LPN to join our family practice in Regina, SK. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care while supporting physicians in delivering comprehensive primary care services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform clinical assessments and vital signs for patients of all ages

Administer immunizations, injections, and medication per physician orders

Conduct ECGs, wound care, suture removal, and minor procedures

Assist with in-clinic procedures and medical emergencies

Manage patient records, documentation in EMR (Accuro), and follow-up communications

Provide patient education on chronic disease management, medications, and lifestyle

Handle patient triage, telephone advice, and appointment scheduling support

Maintain infection control, sterilization, and clinic safety standards

Qualifications

Current LPN registration with CLPN SK (required)

BLS certification (required)

Electronic Medical Record experience, preferably Accuro

Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred

Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and team-oriented mindset
