Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive homemaking services, including but not limited to cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management.
Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events.
Administer personal care services in accordance with the care plan directives.
Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients to the highest possible standard.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, tailored to meet their specific needs.
Perform specialized procedures for clients where training has been provided while demonstrating current competency.
Observe and document client conditions in line with company standards; promptly report any unusual events or changes in client condition to the Supervisor or Office.
Implement and adhere to infection prevention practices.

Requirements Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and customer service.
Effective communication skills in spoken and written English;
French proficiency is an asset.
Capability to provide high‑quality care services to clients with current knowledge of community care practices.
Physical ability to assist clients with movement and/or repositioning; able to lift 23 kg, squat, bend, stand, and reach.
Reliable transportation; driver’s licence and automobile considered assets.
Clear Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
