In this vital nursing role, you will actively create and manage personalized care plans that align with physician orders. Your expertise in diagnostics and strong communication will be essential as you monitor patient progress and adapt care approaches accordingly. By participating in collaborative sessions with therapists and staff, you'll contribute to an enriching care environment, aimed at achieving optimal patient health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, assess, and adapt care plans
• Deliver nursing services per established treatment criteria
• Document patient status and treatment outcomes thoroughly
• Educate families on ongoing care processes
• Participate in quality assessment and team meetings regularly
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Missouri or Compact
• Home Health or Critical Care experience preferred
• Current Driver's License and insured vehicle
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• Must be fit for physical examination
