Step into the rewarding role of Nurse at Hope's Home, dedicated to nurturing children's health in our Early Learning Center. This position focuses on providing comprehensive care and advocacy for children with varying medical needs.
As a registered Nurse, you will be integral to our team, supporting the full range of medical needs and enhancing children's understanding of their health. You’ll work collaboratively with families and community resources to ensure every child's unique healthcare needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver health assessments and personalized care plans
• Handle complex medical treatments including tracheotomy care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and reports
• Educate about health topics and emergency protocols
• Ensure hygiene and safety in the learning environment
Requirements:
• Practicing license with SALPN, SRNA, or RPNA
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing
• Experience with ventilators is a plus
• TLR training desired
• Strong communication and organizational skills
