Position: POWERSPORTS SERVICE ADVISOR

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our busy Service Department. We are hiring for employees who know how to take care of our customers and leave them with a great feeling about the experience they have had at our Service Department. Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

Advise customers about necessary services and routine maintenance

Obtain vehicle information, give customer accurate written cost of maintenance/repairs

Open and close repair tickets

Schedule maintenance appointments

Communicate with customer to let them know when work is complete

Review repair orders to ensure accuracy

Communicate with Service Technicians Qualifications/Requirements – Service Advisor:

Experience preferred

Positive attitude and works well in a team environment

Sales and/or Customer service Experience Knowledge of Powersports mechanical operation

Good multitasking and organizational skills

Valid Driver’s License – Motorcycle endorsement is a plus!

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
