Job Summary: The Human Resources Administrator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department. Responsibilities will include recruitment, training, equal employment opportunity, and positive employee relations.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
* Maintains positive employee relations; promptly investigates complaints/issues.
* Conducts recruitment activities, including sourcing, costing, and onboarding.
* Administers the site's talent management activities.
* Administers the Company's Risk Management Program at the site.
* Keeps abreast of all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. Assure compliance with these requirements.
* Assures the accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel records.
* Partners with corporate benefits to assist employees with questions and concerns.
* Provides local oversight of company's risk management program.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of prior Human Resource experience. Manufacturing experience preferred
* Must be willing to relocate for promotional opportunities
* Certain facilities may require bi-lingual abilities
* Occasional travel will be required
* High diploma or equivalents.
