** Role
* * We are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to join our HR Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of the organization’s compensation, benefits, wellness, and performance management programs. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization committed to innovation, sustainability, and leadership in the clean energy sector.

The role is based at our Reno office and reports to the Total Rewards Manager. Occasional travel to other LAC offices, project sites, or vendor locations may be required.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Benefits Administration (U.S. & Canada)
*** Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and ancillary plans
* Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators
* Assist with contract renewals, service-level reviews, and vendor performance monitoring.
* Lead open enrollment execution, including system setup, employee communications, and issue resolution
* Perform benefits audits and reconciliations with payroll and vendors
* Educate employees on their benefits options, enrollment, and any changes.
* Provide guidance on claims processes, eligibility, and other benefit-related issues.
* Process and administer all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA.
* Manage U.S. worker’s compensation claims, coordinating with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant case handling.
* Oversee Canadian workplace injury claims and reporting with applicable Workers’ Compensation Boards (i.e. WorkSafeBC in British Columbia).
