On-Call Events Representative- Special Events

Overview

We are currently accepting applications for On Call Events Representative. These team members provide support to the Special Events Department. The job includes setting up displays, handing out gifts, ushering during concerts/events, and setting up for events.

• Assist in executing events and promotions.
• Greet guests, provide registration packets/information, prepare gift packages, and work with the Promotions & Events team during events.
• Support overall coordination and execution of all events.
• Perform other assignments as assigned by management.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Nevades Alcohol Awareness training required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a casino environment with excessive noise, bright lights, and smoke.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and customer‑service skills.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude toward guests and co‑workers.
• Appropriate business attire for guest‑exposure functions; light business attire for back‑of‑house functions.
• Willingness to work in either function at any time.
• Adhere to all appearance standards (no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair color).
