Senior Project Manager
This role involves leading cross‑functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects across a large geographic area for enterprise, consumer goods, and/or services clients. Responsibilities include managing projects from initiation through completion, overseeing design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders, tracking financials, maintaining milestone schedules, providing status updates, and supporting continuous improvement.
Your day‑to‑day tasks- Hands‑on management and oversight of multiple projects, including renovations, building infrastructure, large remodels, and new construction.
- Concurrent management of various project phases—initiation, design, planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction, and financial closeout—in multiple locations.
- Full accountability for end‑to‑end project management.
- Lead a project team of architects, engineers, general and specialty contractors, property managers, operating engineers, and client stakeholders.
- Provide weekly updates on schedule, risks, budget, and cash flow.
- Develop risk management plans and lead projects through work authorization processes to avoid impacts or incidents in critical environments.
- Participate in client decision‑making by presenting data, formal recommendations, and risk outlines.
- Prepare accurate documentation for all phases—project charter, due diligence, budgets, schedules, minutes, funding requests, status reports, punch lists, and special reports—meeting client review standards.
- Manage vendors to ensure compliance with project policies and complete formal closeout within 90 days of completion.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction.
- Proven experience with scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project scheduling software, and web‑based applications.
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules.
- Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification.
- LEED Certification.
- PMP Certification.
This position requires up to 60% travel within the designated portfolio.

CompensationEstimated: $85,600.00 – $ USD per year.
LocationOn‑site – Reno, NV.
