As an In‑Store Shopper you will assist online shoppers by selecting high‑quality products, quickly identifying substitutes when needed, and providing outstanding customer service both online and in‑store. When online order volume is low, you will support other departments to help cover store operations.

• Receive and process online orders, ensuring accurate pick and pack of items.
• Identify and substitute products when necessary, maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in‑store customers, providing product recommendations and assistance.
• Support multiple departments as needed, including stocking, replenishment and customer service.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, teamwork‑oriented environment.
