Duties:
* Install and repair hood and duct systems and equipment.
* Maintain an orderly schedule of preventative maintenance throughout the property.
* Assist in training and supervising team members on hood & duct systems and their operation.
* Ensure the reliability of back up equipment for emergency use.
* Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions to their manager immediately.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent required.
* Experience in basic plumbing, electrical, and metal fabrication.
* Must have the ability to work around electrical, water, and gas feed lines.
* Must have the ability to maintain the restaurant, kitchen hood, and ductwork.
* Have basic knowledge of working with hand and power tools.
* Have verbal and written effective communication in the English language.
