Key Requirements- Safely remove and dispose of asbestos‑containing materials
- Follow all OSHA and site‑specific safety procedures
- Wear required PPE, including respirators
- Perform work indoors and outdoors on school properties
- Handle hazardous material cleanup and disposal
- Work safely on ladders and elevated surfaces
- Previous asbestos or abatement experience preferred
- Must have current asbestos DOSH card, asbestos certification, and current physical
- Candidates with current lead certification are preferred and may be considered for longer‑term opportunities
- Must be able to comply with all safety and PPE requirements on site
- 7:00 AM to completion of work (generally around 3:30 PM)
