Skills Needed: QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FULL-TIME NANNY
18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of childcare experience
United States citizenship
Ability to create activities and crafts for the children to do
Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs. several times a day
Ability to be on your feet all day chasing after children
Reliable vehicle and good driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug test
Reliable and trustworthy

Skills Needed: Preferences
A high school degree, GED, or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years working in an expert setting with infants and toddlers
A clean  background check
A great car with a clean driving record
Knowledge of age-appropriate children’s development
Possible Early Childcare Education Coursework (ECE) or CDA in college or university
Previous CDA Certification
First Aid/CPR/SIDS Certification
Candidates must be able to work independently and take initiative
Swimming Ability
