Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established financial services organization seeking a detail-oriented Lending Administrative Assistant to support daily loan operations, title administration, and member service functions. This is a fully onsite opportunity ideal for candidates with automotive lending, dealership, banking, or credit union experience.

Job Description

The Lending Administrative Assistant will support the lending and loan servicing team through a combination of administrative, customer service, and loan documentation responsibilities. This role will focus heavily on vehicle title processing, insurance‑related loan support, document management, and loan follow‑up activities. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain vehicle title documentation for secured auto loans across multiple states
  • Coordinate lien recordings and lien release processing for paid‑off loans
  • Communicate with state motor vehicle agencies to resolve title discrepancies and ensure loan collateral is properly documented
  • Respond to member inquiries related to title processing, insurance claims, and loan documentation
  • Follow up with applicants via phone, email, and text to collect outstanding loan documentation and assist with loan completion
  • Review loan files and scanned documents to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards
  • Support collateral protection activities, including force‑placed insurance updates and member account adjustments
  • Assist with insurance claim processing and serve as a liaison between members and insurance providers
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and assist with document scanning, indexing, and records management
  • Handle administrative support tasks including mail distribution, filing, ticket management, supply monitoring, and special projects
  • Ensure adherence to internal compliance procedures, lending policies, and financial regulations
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of related experience in banking, lending, credit unions, automotive finance, or dealership operations
  • Familiarity with vehicle title processing and auto loan procedures strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism in sensitive situations
  • Proficiency in data entry and keyboarding with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
