OverviewAs Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist at Front Stream
, you will play a vital role in improving and enhancing our sales and marketing performance and technology stack. You will move marketing qualified leads through our sales funnel, track conversion rates, analyze relevant data, and manage our tech stack. You will work in a CRM environment, including Sales Force CPQ, Celigo, and Docu Sign, and liaise with stakeholders at all levels to translate technical information into layman’s terms.
- Assist sales and marketing teams with prospect outreach.
- Monitor and track funnel activity, supported by reporting on MQL creation, conversion rates, and sales velocity.
- Manage CRM data to ensure best practices and process improvement.
- Administration of Salesforce, Docu Sign, Celigo.
- Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best‑practice scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Provide new user and ongoing user training.
- Produce technical documentation.
- Strong sales and marketing operations experience and hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud and Sales Force CPQ.
- Deep knowledge of
- Proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
- Proficiency in designing scalable, best‑practice solutions.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Skill at translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in change management and governance.
- Experience training end users and key stakeholders in technical platforms.
- Skill at technical documentation and availability to respond to questions.
