Senior Accounting Analyst - Payroll

This analyst performs a wide range of advanced duties and responsibilities involving the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and theories in the management of financial accounts and operations.

• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries related to payroll accounting, including reclasses, corrections, and accruals.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurately stated including payroll bank accounts.
• Works closely with Payroll and Treasury departments to resolve variances.
• Onboard payroll accounting functions from various Business Units to corporate accounting.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Work in a team environment while supporting business units throughout the organization.
• Maintain existing internal controls while looking for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develop, analyze, and present reports to management.
• Manage ongoing projects and ad‑hoc requests as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Hands‑on experience in financial accounting & reporting.
• Experience with payroll processing, account reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.

• MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• SAP ERP experience highly desired.
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing, a plus.
• Hyperion ESSBASE, a plus.

This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $77,000 - $100,800 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.

Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
