Position: Tier II Escalation Specialist — Hybrid Support

The Goldman Sachs Group is seeking a Tier II Customer Support Specialist in Richardson, TX. This role requires handling inbound customer calls as a key escalation point for complex inquiries, delivering exceptional, customer-centric resolutions.
