Description:

A Computer Technician whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, laptop/desktop/printer triage and repair, interaction with Netsync warranty administrators and maintenance of proper work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems

• In-house service, diagnostic and repairs, on Power-Up Project units.
• Ensure maintenance of proper work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems
• Interaction with Netsync warranty operations
• Maintain strong working relationship with customer and team
• Communicate issue and success to team manager

• Assist in diagnosing and or repairing of in-house equipment for projects
• Assist with any on-site project requests
• Assist drivers with pick-ups and deliveries
• Assist team with off season (summer) projects
• Assist in staging Network Gear
• Delivers and installs network gear
• Assist with general facility upkeep
• Various other tasks related to service delivery
