** Summary of Role:
** We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer with a strong foundation embedded hardware/software development in motor control, Robotics motion actuator systems. The ideal candidate will bridge engineering and customer application domains, supporting advanced robotics and motion control product design through hands-on system development, hardware bring-up, and customer engagement.

** Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
** Required Qualifications*
* ** 5+ years
** of experience in embedded systems and motion control application development. Proven experience in
** motor control (BLDC, PMSM, stepper, or DC motors)
** and
** actuator drive systems**. Hands-on experience in
** embedded C/C++ development**, real-time debugging, and microcontroller tool chains. Strong experience in
** hardware design review, board bring-up, and system testing**. Excellent communication and documentation skills for creating
** technical marketing and application content**.
** Preferred Skills
** Experience with
** robotics motion control systems** (humanoids, industrial arms, AGVs, AMRs). Familiarity with
** motor drivers, encoders, and feedback sensors**.

Experience with
** simulation and modeling tools** (MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW). Experience developing
** demo applications, product collateral, or reference documentation
** for customers. Work with cross-functional experts in embedded hardware, control systems, and automation.
