Description
Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives for our summer sales season at our Richardson, Texas office. This is a high-energy, phone-based sales role in a professional, air-conditioned office environment. You will partner with homeowners across Texas and Oklahoma to protect their properties from mosquitoes and other pests — without any door-to-door work or outside appointments.
This opportunity is ideal for ambitious college students, recent graduates, and driven professionals who want to earn significant income while building transferable sales skills in a supportive, high-performing team.
Position OverviewThis role requires management of inbound and outbound sales calls with homeowners throughout Texas and Oklahoma, prompt follow-up on web leads and customer inquiries, education of customers on our premium pest and mosquito control services, and closing sales effectively. Candidates will maintain and grow their sales pipeline using our CRM and dialer systems (training provided) and collaborate with a close-knit, high-performing inside sales team in a competitive yet enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with homeowners throughout Texas and Oklahoma
- Promptly follow up on web leads and customer inquiries
- Educate customers on our premium pest and mosquito control services, address their needs, and close sales effectively
- Maintain and grow your sales pipeline using our CRM and dialer systems (training provided)
- Collaborate with a close-knit, high-performing inside sales team in a competitive yet enjoyable environment
- Competitive mindset with strong communication skills and comfort on the phone
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week) throughout the summer (June through August)
- Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn — no prior sales experience required
- Reliable transportation to our Richardson office
