Become a key player in our Elite Wealth Management team as an Admin Assistant focused on Customer Relations. Deliver personalized support and streamline client interactions daily.
We are looking for an Admin Assistant with a strong client service focus to support our financial planning practice. This full-time, in-office role involves managing client records, addressing inquiries, and ensuring compliance in documentation. You will work closely with our principal financial advisor and paraplanners to enhance the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain up-to-date client records per compliance standards
• Address client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Support financial advisors with administrative tasks
• Provide account reviews during client meetings
• Coordinate client logistics, including appointments and paperwork
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education required
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
