Join WorkSafeBC for an 8-month co-op opportunity focused on IT support and user technologies in Richmond. This position is perfect for a motivated individual eager to grow in a dynamic technology environment.
As a Co-op Student in the Business Management and End User Services department, you will gain hands-on experience with enterprise IT support and exposure to a variety of cutting-edge technologies. You will work directly with end users, assisting with hardware, software, and compliance initiatives. The position requires strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide desktop support for Windows 11 environments
• Handle the deployment of mobile devices and tech upgrades
• Troubleshoot issues with enterprise printers and vendor support
• Facilitate Microsoft Teams room technologies
• Collaborate on IT projects for improved technology integration
Requirements:
• Enrollment in an undergraduate IT degree program
• Demonstrated interest in technology is mandatory
• Prior co-op or IT experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
