This agency is the leading enterprise research platform for the exhibitions and events industry. Their clients are exhibitions, conferences and corporate events teams all over the world. Their research team is integral to the business.

About the Role

This agency is looking for an Associate Director or Senior Researcher to deliver high quality research projects for their German speaking clients. You will be leading on research projects and play a key part in day‑to‑day management of clients in German speaking markets. As project lead you will be responsible for taking client briefs, research design and research delivery to ensure high quality insight is delivered within agreed deadlines.

The role can operate mainly remotely, requiring only one day a week in the South London office. The contract is flexible – permanent or FTC, full‑time or part‑time.

• Experience in quantitative research design and analysis; qualitative research experience is a bonus.
• Fluent German speaker.
• Confident communicator – leading on client relationships and presenting insights.
• Passionate about the role of research in improving performance and customer experience.
• Based in the UK and able to undertake overseas business travel on an occasional basis.
• You must have the right to work in the UK – visa sponsorship is not available.
