Elevate LNG system design as a Project Engineer with Cryopeak Energy Solutions in Calgary, AB or Richmond, BC. Your engineering expertise will ensure safety and reliability in gas systems.
In this pivotal role, you will design and develop LNG systems, reporting to the Director of Innovation & Technology. You will oversee engineering execution, technical troubleshooting, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating effectively with various stakeholders is crucial for project success and operational safety.
Key Responsibilities- Develop LNG systems from initial concept to commissioning
- Produce and review engineering deliverables like specifications
- Define technical scope for procurement of vendors
- Collaborate with operations and third-parties during projects
- Participate in risk assessments and design reviews
- Preferred P.Eng. certification
- Proven experience in LNG or natural gas design
- Familiarity with safety standards and LNG handling
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Capacity to handle diverse priorities
