IT Product Manager

* Job Summary:

** The IT Product Manager discovers and drives the why, what, and how of our software products,
*
* Primary Responsibilities:

** Help drive product strategy by leveraging customer usage data, business knowledge and competitive research to understand potential opportunities while solving for challenges

Work with design teams to create wire-frames, early stage prototypes as well as helping define design principles and systems
*
* Required Skills:

**** Customer Experience**:
Must be able to construct a cohesive user journey to enable the design of customer centric experiences
** Technical Skills**:
Must be able to understand and work alongside technical delivery teams to ensure high quality deliverables
** Minimum

Education and Experience:

** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience6+ years of IT and Product experience

Proven leadership ability to drive team productivity and collaboration

Ability to thrive in a driven, passionate, creative, and collaborative environment

Experience in Solar preferred, but not required
