LPN Weekend Warrior

Wages are paid based on experience and are decided by the hiring manager during the interview.

12-hour shift or weekend-only options are available.

Sign-on bonus for PT is $4,000 and for FT is $8,000!

We require coverage every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday).

• Implement a resident plan of care.
• Perform direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Delegate suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provide guidance and supervision when necessary.
• Consult with and validate data.
• Record pertinent information in the patient record.
• Identify and evaluate the resident's response to health problems and treatments.
• Communicate resident care needs to others involved in the care.
• Assume responsibility for professional growth and development.
• Coverage every other weekend.
