Senior Manager, Technical Program Management; Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management (Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering) to lead programs that deliver critical business goals and build large scale products and platforms.

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs

• 5+ years of experience in initiating, executing and running resilience-related projects and programs, including cloud- and data center-based initiatives
• 5+ years of experience in technical design and implementation of complex networking environments, Infrastructure systems, business and core applications
• 3+ years of experience designing, running and documenting extensive and complex recovery testing initiatives in production and on‑prod environments, including plan development and validation, evidence collection, and after‑action reporting
• 3+ years of experience building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture - preferably using AWS
• 3+ years experience delivering large and complex programs - owned the business or technical vision, collaborated with large cross‑functional teams, secured commitments on deliverables, and unblocked teams to land business impact
• Experience with enterprise-level resilience planning concepts, including both technical and non‑technical (Business Continuity and Incident Response) considerations
• Experience building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment
• Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent experience in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking, Infrastructure)

• Lead technical program management for Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) Technology division.
• Enable and evolve foundational cloud infrastructure layer, including observability, connectivity, resilience and availability.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life‑cycle.
• Communicate and collaborate across product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Drive well‑educated decisions and simplify technically complex problems for stakeholders.
• Focus on execution, follow‑through, accountability, and results.
• Collaborate across functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done.
• Maintain high emotional intelligence and empathy for teams and partners.
