Technology Services Manager

Join us as a Technology Services Manager where you will be pivotal in managing cloud platform operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with engineering and product teams. • Oversee and support operations of cloud platform services, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to optimize cloud-based services and network integration.
• Facilitate technology planning and implementation efforts, driving cross‑functional projects to completion.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and service alignment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement action plans to prevent recurring technical issues.
• Manage service incidents and changes effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements.

• Fluency in cloud technologies, particularly with AWS services.
• Strong networking expertise, including WAN, VPN, DNS, Routing, and Load Balancer technologies.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance monitoring at an in-depth technical level.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Service Now or similar Operations Management products.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) and Observability Patterns.
• Cloud technology and ITIL certification.
