This is a full-time on-site Technician role located in Richmond, VA. The Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the technology park's infrastructure and systems. Key responsibilities include performing routine inspections, resolving technical issues, monitoring equipment, supporting the implementation of new systems, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role involves working within a collaborative environment to provide responsive and reliable technical support.
Qualifications- Knowledge and experience with system troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
- Expertise in electrical systems, hardware, and data center facilities equipment
- Proficiency in monitoring systems, reporting tools, and performance diagnostics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive situations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Familiarity with safety protocols and standards in an infrastructure environment
- Previous experience in a data center or similar technical environment preferred
- Technical certification or an associate degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field is preferred
