Coach teams toward self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement, moving from guided execution to high autonomy.

Promote CI/CD, automation, and continuous feedback loops to reduce lead time and improve quality.

Support teams in aligning Agile planning with Dev Ops execution and release readiness.

Support Agile delivery across multiple supply chain areas, coordinating dependencies between business, IT, and operational teams.

Help translate supply chain priorities into well-refined backlogs and actionable increments.

Coaching, Mentoring & Change Leadership

Coach Product Owners, team members, and stakeholders on Agile mindset, roles, and responsibilities.
