• Conduct pre-deployment, mid-tour, and post-deployment interviews to capture personnel insights and observations.

• Develop written analytical products including issue summaries, insights, solution recommendations, white papers, briefings, After-Action Reports (AARs), and quarterly newsletters.
• Manage DLA JLLIS accounts, including approval, deactivation, updates, and monthly reporting.
• Deliver JLLIS training and user support in both in-person and virtual environments.
• Support the DLA Joint Lessons Learned Working Group through agenda preparation, coordination, minutes, and reporting.
• Prepare observations for presentation in memos, quad charts, and executive briefing formats.
• Interface daily with DLA and non-DLA stakeholders to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports documenting progress, issues, and planned activities.
• Collaborate with Joint Staff J-7, Services, Combatant Commands, and Combat Support Agencies on JLLP best practices.
