Phase 1:
Training (3 Months)
Start your adventure in St. Vincent & the Grenadines
, where you’ll spend three months learning alongside other volunteers while exploring one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. You’ll dive into global issues, local culture, and sustainable living practices — all while building skills in teamwork, community living, and hands-on project work. This phase blends meaningful training with the excitement of living in a vibrant new environment.
Phase 2:
Project Work (6 Months)
Your journey continues with six months living and working in your project country — an immersive experience that lets you become part of the community. Whether you’re supporting education, health initiatives, sustainable agriculture, or climate resilience, you’ll apply what you learned while exploring new landscapes, meeting new people, and fully embracing life abroad. This phase is an unforgettable combination of purpose, cultural exchange, and day-to-day adventure.
Phase 3:
Reflection & Evaluation (1 Month)
Your final month gives you the chance to look back at the journey you just completed the places you lived, the people you met, and the impact you made. Through group reflections and guided discussions, you’ll process your growth and your experiences before transitioning home. It’s the perfect way to close a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
