This position is located on-site in Ripon, WI.
Standard
Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday 3pm – 1am
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $35.38 - $38.18, commensurate with experience and qualifications
This competitive compensation package reflects the importance and responsibility of this position within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
- Troubleshoot and service motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment
- Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities
- Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime
- Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment
What You Need To Succeed:
- Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years’ work experience required.
- Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS

- Standing for a long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending
- Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
- Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
