Project manager Java

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years as a Project Manager
  .
• Strong technical foundation in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, SQL/No
  
  SQL databases
  .
• Hands‑on coding/design experience in earlier career (ability to review code/solutions).
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Git, Jenkins.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
