Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and boosting our sales volume. You will leverage your industry knowledge and strong communication skills to establish relationships with potential clients and promote our comprehensive warehouse solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities in various industries that require warehouse solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Present and demonstrate our product offerings effectively to prospective clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and sales plans that align with company goals.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote IMH and generate leads.

Track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records in our system.

Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and product improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3-5 years’ proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the warehouse solutions or material handling industry.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and storage solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
