Overview

Physicians of Southern California (PSC) is a growing multi-specialty medical group providing comprehensive primary care and specialty services across multiple locations. Our services include Primary Care, Wound Care, Podiatry, and Varicose Vein Management. We are expanding our presence in the Ontario and Riverside areas and are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team.

This is a 100% outpatient role with no hospital call. We are looking for a compassionate, patient-centered Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality outpatient primary care services. The ideal candidate is committed to preventive care, chronic disease management, and collaborative team-based medicine.

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients
• Manage chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, CHF, COPD, etc.)
• Perform annual wellness visits and preventive screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions
• Collaborate with in-house specialists (wound care, podiatry, vascular)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Participate in care coordination programs (APCM, RPM where applicable)

• MD or DO degree from accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active California medical license (or eligible)
• DEA certification
• Experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medi-Cal preferred
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
