Position: Landscape Forman & Laborers needed - Salt Lake City Area - Immediate Hire!

We are a growing landscaping company in the Salt Lake Valley looking for a reliable Landscape Foreman and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. If you love working outdoors, take pride in creating beautiful yards, and want year-round or seasonal work with room to grow, we want to hear from you!

About the Positions

Landscape Foreman (Crew Leader)
- Lead a crew of 3-6 on residential and commercial landscape installation & maintenance projects.
- Managing daily job sites, keeping crews on schedule and on budget
- Reading plans, laying out projects, and ensuring high-quality work
- Installing plants, sod, irrigation, hardscapes, retaining walls, etc.
- Operating equipment safely (skid steer, excavator, etc. is a plus)
- Training and motivating team members
- Communicating with customers and owners
Landscape Laborers
- Work on installation and maintenance crews. No experience? We’ll train motivated people!
- Tasks include planting, digging, sod installation, mulching, irrigation work, clean-up, and more
- Requirements:
  Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in all weather, reliable transportation, and willingness to learn

Requirements

3+ years landscaping experience, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, leadership skills, and a positive attitude. Spanish-speaking is a big plus!
Landscape Laborers:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in all weather, reliable transportation, and willingness to learn

Pay & Benefits

Foreman: 25–35/hour (DOE) + bonuses
Laborers: 18–25/hour (DOE)
Overtime available
Weekly pay
Opportunity for advancement
Tools and equipment provided

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays during peak season).
Early starts in summer.
