The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations and effective time management. This role requires strong organizational abilities, discretion, and the capacity to handle confidential information with professionalism. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain organized records, files, and databases
  • Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and communications
  • Draft and proofread business documents, emails, and memos
  • Organize meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and corporate events
  • Support special projects, research tasks, and data analysis when required
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior or C-level executives
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack)
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
  • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
