We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist in daily office tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments and organizing paperwork. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in computer software programs.

This is an entry-level position with a salary of 1100$ per month. Nepali nationals with experience are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply. This job also includes a free visa and ticket for selected candidates. Women are encouraged to apply for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take messages.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the right person or department.
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Nepali nationality with previous work experience in an office setting.
  • Ability to speak English is not required but preferred.
  • Experience working with accounting software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
