• Identify, prospect and recruit high‑potential sellers to amazon.sa via phone or email.
• Prioritise and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Act as a business partner for new sellers, providing data‑driven insights and advice to optimise their success on Amazon.
• Educate new sellers about Amazon’s high standards of delivery and customer experience.
• Enable sellers to master Amazon’s tools and systems, ensuring self‑sufficiency in catalog, inventory and performance management.
• Analyse category specifics to spot trending brands and price points for tailored pitches.
• Track and report business‑development results, analysing data and interpreting reports for your seller portfolio.
• Prioritise time optimally to achieve targets in a results‑oriented environment.

• 2+ years of professional or military experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience prospecting, qualifying and cold‑calling companies.
• Experience with pipeline management, including Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Track record of exceeding sales goals.
