Required:

5 to 8 years.

Location:

SAUDI ARABIA.

Salary: $4000 - $5000 USD (all inclusive).

Project Duration: 9 months, extendable to 12 months.

• Strategic marketing planning, customer segmentation, promotional campaigns, lead management, and bids.
• Define schedule of visiting project sites for evaluation.
• Maintain full customer database with account information, expected sales, opportunities, contacts, activities, hierarchy.
• Manage complex problem or situation information at a central assembly point.
• Campaign management and case management; send messages to customers via social media channels and integrate call center with CRM solutions.
• Activity management: manage activity type, date, description, status, appointments, e‑mail messages, tasks.
• Define workflow for procedural process management.
• Manage official calendar for resource provision and scheduling activities with clients or customer appointments.
• Create public channel for customer self‑service, providing access to CRM platform components and services.
• Provide training for users to solve CRM issues, offering self‑help.
• Develop knowledge‑pooling repository to reduce frequent customer queries about common questions.
• Extract operational and analytical reports to guide business decisions and provide input for campaign management and survey components.
• Enable CRM localization to support multiple languages, translating into Arabic.
• Search for data such as cases, marketing campaigns, surveys, clients, etc., using global search via CRM database.

• Competitive salary within range $4000–5000 USD.
• Project duration 9 months with option for extension.
