Architect & Urban Designer — On-Site

We work on large-scale projects, ranging from national masterplans to expansive mixed-use architectural developments, while also creating bespoke software solutions.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural and Urban Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The role involves designing and planning urban projects of various scales, contributing to masterplan developments, mixed-use projects, and collaborating with other disciplines across the firm. Responsibilities include 2D and 3D modelling, preparing design documentation, devising and presenting concepts, and coordinating and aligning our efforts with client needs and expectations.

• Proficiency and qualifications in architecture and / or urban design (landscape design background also acceptable)
• Experience with modelling, drawing and visualisation tools (specifically proficiency in Rhino 3D and rendering packages; and some ability to use ArcGIS)
• Revit capabilities are a plus
• Experience in aligning with KSA rules and compliance and collaboration with stakeholders is expected
• Demonstrable experience in urban design / master planning / landscape design is expected for this role
• Experience in integrating AI with design will be asked in the interview

This role is a full time “in office” role based in Riyadh, KSA.
