Jr. Sales & Marketing Associate – STM

How You Can Make an Impact Drive Market Growth
  • Identify and research universities, departments, and academic stakeholders to support the expansion of STM products across Saudi Arabia.
  • Build relationships with faculty members, administrators, and institutional decision makers to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and prospect analysis to identify growth opportunities and support pipeline development.
Promote Innovative Learning Solutions
  • Support the regional sales team through impactful product presentations, demonstrations, and faculty engagement sessions.
  • Communicate the value of McGraw Hill’s STM solutions and digital learning platforms to academic stakeholders.
  • Encourage product adoption and long‑term institutional partnerships.
Execute Marketing Initiatives
  • Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns, institutional workshops, awareness events, and promotional activities.
  • Support initiatives designed to increase visibility, engagement, and usage of McGraw Hill products within higher education institutions.
Collaborate Across Teams
  • Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to align activities with strategic growth objectives.
  • Contribute to coordinated outreach efforts and institutional engagement strategies across the territory.
Support Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, presentations, and customer engagement within CRM systems.
  • Utilize institutional and market data to support prospecting, reporting, and campaign planning.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical, Science, or a related field.
  • Recent graduate or early‑career professional with an interest in marketing, education technology, or academic publishing.
  • Passion for science, technology, and higher education environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
    Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia to support institutional engagement and events.
  • Comfortable with 50-70% travel.
  • Driving license.
Technical & Digital Skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is desirable.
  • Ability to deliver engaging digital and in‑person presentations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of digital learning platforms and the e‑learning ecosystem is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Tableau, and collaboration tools.
  • Awareness of digital marketing strategies and outreach techniques.
