The Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance employees’ knowledge, skills, and performance. The role includes assessing training needs, preparing learning materials, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations
- Identify training needs and skill gaps
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and learning content
- Evaluate trainee performance and training effectiveness
- Support employee development and continuous learning
- Maintain training records and reports
- Coordinate with departments to ensure training objectives are met
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Provide coaching and guidance to trainees
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in training, learning & development, or coaching preferred
- Professional certifications in training or coaching are a plus
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Training delivery and facilitation
- Coaching and mentoring
- Organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to engage and motivate participants
