Senior ICT​/ELV Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior ICT / ELV Engineer to lead structured cabling and ICT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fiber optic and UTP systems, rack design, active network systems, and construction project coordination. This role requires strong pre-sales capabilities, engineering documentation expertise, and site supervision experience.

• Lead the design and implementation of structured cabling systems (Fiber Optic & UTP).
• Develop cost-effective technical solutions during pre-sales and product selection stages.
• Prepare and manage engineering deliverables including, Material submittals, Shop drawings, Containment layouts and riser diagrams, Method statements, and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) procedures
• Supervise installation subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals, inspections, and technical clarifications.
• Support integration and coordination of active network systems.
• Ensure project execution aligns with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical presentations and maintain strong customer communication.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in ICT / ELV and structured cabling projects.
• Strong expertise in:
  Fiber Optic & UTP cabling systems, Rack layout and data center rack design, Active network systems
• Proven experience in construction/project management.
• Experience in FTTH and Data Center Infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Experience handling consultant approvals and project documentation.
• RCDD certification preferred.
