Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will lead local finance teams and act as a business partner to the Marketing, Sales, or Service business manager, optimizing financial performance for the organization under scope. You will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data and recommending appropriate solutions to management.
The work model for this role is onsite/hybrid. The role contributes to the Electrification Distribution Solution Division in the Middle East, Africa and Turkiye Region. Main stakeholders include Marketing and Sales Manager, Region Controller, Country management team, and Centers of Excellence (Banglore/Krakow).
- Act as Finance Business Partner to division managers Sales & Solutions / Service Managers for Saudi Arabia.
- Lead and develop local team of controllers and analysts.
- Support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial results.
- Ensure effective commercial and risk management.
- Evaluate financial implications of various strategic decisions, build forward‑looking scenarios and recommend action to management team.
- Develop long‑term and short‑term financial plans; oversee the business planning and forecasting process.
- Ensure high quality and compliance of financial data and business information in line with defined standards & financial closing schedules, and enable timely, effective, and efficient communication with internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting. CPA / CMA or MBA preferred.
- 10 years of finance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience with demonstrated performance in business, finance, operational controlling, and accounting.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Local Business Controller of an engineer‑to‑order business unit or equivalent complex project business.
- Structured and results‑oriented finance leader with analytical mindset.
- Change‑management experience and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid SAP knowledge/experience (CO/FI).
- English fluency required;
Arabic proficiency preferred. - Strong performance attitude (willingness to learn, solution‑oriented mindset).
