To provide comprehensive leadership for pharmacy services, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and continuous performance improvement while supporting the organization’s overall strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all pharmacy operations, including pharmacists, technical, and administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement pharmacy strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement programs.
  • Drive pharmacy performance through KPI development, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Identify growth opportunities, optimize pharmacy services, and enhance revenue performance.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations).
  • Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for senior management.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the pharmacy function at internal and external professional engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution (Master’s or Pharm

    D preferred).
  • Valid professional pharmacy license.
  • Minimum 10 years of comprehensive pharmacy experience.
  • At least 3 years in a pharmacy managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital or healthcare pharmacy operations.
  • Proven leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience with performance metrics, reporting, and business development is highly desirable.
  • Strong administrative and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ethical standards with respect for confidentiality.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in computerized and reporting systems.
